A company is expanding to Myrtle Beach, with plans to build a state-of-the-art pool part distribution center right downtown - redeveloping a demolition site many describe as an eyesore. Pool Builders Supply is expanding and building a more than 42,000 square foot plant where the former AVX plant was torn down in 2012.
