Former Arrow Trucking CEO Doug Pielsticker Appeals Sentence

Former Arrow Trucking CEO has appealed the sentence he received earlier this month in federal court. Doug Pielsticker was sentenced to 7.5 years in prison and ordered to pay $21 million in restitution October 9, 2015.
