Former CEO Dillon retiring from Kroger

Dillon was Kroger CEO from 2003 to 2013 and chairman from 2004 to 2014. Before becoming CEO, he filled several executive roles at Kroger and previously at Dillons Cos., which Kroger acquired in 1983.
