Now enjoying a break while mulling his next venture, former Sprint Corp. CEO Dan Hesse beamed Thursday when introduced as "the nicest man in Kansas City" to attendees of a KC Pulse event . Succeeded by Marcelo Claure as Sprint's CEO , Hesse was a popular executive at the Overland Park-based carrier.
