Former chief executive Bill Morrow says he could not "recall any of the specific details" about alleged illegal activity at Vodafone. The NSW Police and Australia's communications watchdogs may open investigations into Vodafone Hutchison Australia after it admitted an employee accessed a journalist's phone and text message records in a bid to uncover her sources.
