Former car dealer buys land in MetroCenter

Rusty Dunn , a former Nashville-area car dealer who now invests in real estate, has snatched up one of the biggest remaining pieces of undeveloped land in the MetroCenter business park. Dunn is currently in talks with a luxury car dealership, but told The Tennessean the property's location on a lake makes it attractive for an apartment development; he said the site could accommodate a complex with 230 units.
