Founding family of Mega Brands to receive $74M in Mattel deal

The founding family of Canadian toy maker Mega Brands Inc. will receive more than $74 million if the companys sale to global giant Mattel Inc. is approved by shareholders at the end of the month, according to a regulatory filing.
