Offered in industrial and automotive grades, PLLatinum® LMX2492 supports 200 MHz phase frequency detector, 5 V charge pump supply, and operating frequency of 500 MHz to 14 GHz. Low PLL phase noise of -227 dBc/Hz provides RF front ends with low-noise local oscillator for optimized receiver sensitivity. Flexible frequency and phase modulation, including FSK, PSK, and configurable piecewise linear FM modulation, maximizes radar detection range, accuracy, and immunity to interference.
