Franklin Lumber to reopen International Paper, create 72 jobs

Franklin Lumber LLC, a company created by former employees of International Paper 's Isle of Wight sawmill, has purchased the Franklin sawmill and plans to create 72 new jobs in Isle of Wight, according to a release from Gov. Bob McDonnell 's office.
