Australian Broadcasting Corporation: French president Francois Hollande has announced funding for Pacific island nations to help restore ecosystems affected by climate change. After joining world leaders at the G20 meeting in Brisbane last weekend, Mr Hollande flew to New Caledonia for his first official visit.
