Frontier Communications Corporation announced today that it has priced its previously announced private offering of $6.6 billion aggregate principal amount of unsecured Senior Notes, as follows: $1 billion of 8.875% Senior Notes due 2020; $2 billion of 10.500% Senior Notes due 2022; and $3.6 billion of 11.000% Senior Notes due 2025. Each will be issued at a price equal to 100% of its principal amount.
