MCUs based on ARM® core support a broad range of applications, bring FM3 family to a total of 570 products<br /> <br /> SUNNYVALE, Calif., -- Fujitsu Semiconductor America (FSA) today introduced new 32-bit RISC microcontrollers based on the ARM(®) Cortex(TM)-M3 processor. The 38 new MCUs include the MB9BF529TPMC, which is equipped with high-capacity memory, and the MB9BF121JPMC, which features low-pin-count packaging.
