Equipped with ZoneFlow™ technology, FILTAIR® Capture 5 provides weld fume capture area up to 5 ft away. ZoneFlow extends capture distance by way of negative pressure zone that is designed to take air into extraction arm at 900 cfm and release filtered air at approximately 90° angle. System also utilizes FilTek™ XL filters that are rated at 15–16 on MERV scale. Operating after each shutdown, automated pulsed cleaning cycles help extend filter life and simplify maintenance.
