Functional AIT Engineer Deadline for applications 08042021 Job Description For our client we are looking for a Functional AIT Engineer for their location in Taufkirchen, Germany. The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to Tasks and Responsibilities Perform functional integration of optical Instruments, including support for electrical integration Specify test objectives, test setup configuration and methodologies for the test execution Preparation and execution of environmental test campaigns Development of procedures and scripts for functional integration and testing based on specifications Test data evaluation and test report generation Participation to nonconformance review boards Operation of the instrument in all test phases using CCS5 checkout system. Requirements At least Masters Degree in Engineering or Aeronautics and astronautics Minimum 3 years of work experience in Engineering, Aerospace or Quality management Detailed knowledge of Python Detailed knowledge of MSExcel CC, TCL andor Unix is required English at least business fluent German would be a plus Knowledge in ECSS European Cooperation for Space Standardization standards Analytical thinking, ability to seek information from different sources Independent and structured way of working, ability to work in a team and a high level of quality awareness Very good communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills Willingness to work flexible hours in certain project phases Readiness for shift work threeshift operation 24h7d Willingness to business trips 34 for times a year for until 4 weeks to England and France beginning from September.
