GCT Semiconductor, a leading designer and supplier of advanced 4G mobile semiconductor solutions, recently announced that its 4G LTE-Advanced chip, GDM7243Q, powers the new 4G LTE mobile router developed by NEC Platforms (NECPF), and announced by UQ Communications (UQ) in Japan earlier this year. UQ plans to launch this ultra high speed mobile router early March 2015.
