GM Canada fined $160k for injury suffered by worker at Oshawa, Ont., plant

General Motors of Canada has been fined $160,000 after a worker was injured at the automaker's Oshawa, Ont., plant by a falling lift table. A worker at the plant was showing a co-worker how to perform a task on the automatic guided vehicle repair crib on Dec. 17, 2012.
