GM Said to Target Up to 20% Growth for Volt Cars in 2013

General Motors Co. is planning this year to build as many as 36,000 Chevrolet Volts and other plug- in hybrids for worldwide delivery, 20 percent more than in 2012, two people familiar with the effort said.
