Available in die form, Model CMD213 broadband x2 active frequency multiplier covers input frequency range of 8–15 GHz. When driven by +17 dBm signal, device provides +17 dBm output power from 30–40 GHz. Also supplied in die form, Models CMD226 and CMD227 are broadband x2 passive frequency multipliers with input frequency ranges of 7–11 GHz and 8–15 GHz, respectively. Typical applications include military radar/EW, point-to-point radios, VSAT, and test instrumentation.
