The new GaN solid-state X-band Model XTSLIN-20X-B1 block upconverter (BUC) is designed to provide 20 Watts of linear output power in a compact, light-weight antenna-mount outdoor unit for tough environments. This BUC also meets stringent x-band RF requirements while drawing very little power for extended battery operation.
