Betting firm Gala Coral said it has completed the sale of 130 bingo clubs for A 241 million, as it prepares itself for its mega merger with Ladbrokes. Gala Coral sold the bingo clubs to buyout firm Caledonia Investments, concluding a deal that was first announced in October.
