Daily Observer: The secretary general and head of the Civil Service who is also the minister of Presidential Affairs has disclosed that The Gambia emitted about 20 million tons of Carbon Dioxide into the atmosphere in the year 2000, which represents 0.01 per cent of global emission for the same year.
