Gap drops as August same-store sales trail analyst estimates

Shares of Gap fell the most in almost a year after posting August same-store sales that trailed analysts' estimates as demand dropped at its namesake clothing chain. The shares dropped 4.1 percent to $44.65 Friday's trading, after sliding as much as 6.2 percent, the biggest intraday decline since October 2013.
