Available for Lynx Ethernet device serving switches and Wolverine Ethernet extenders, Microlok® II Gateway converts data from native serial format to UDP packet that can then be transmitted alongside other data on trackside Ethernet network. Resilient layer 2 and layer 3 protocols like RSTP, FRNT, LACP, and OSPF enable reliable backbone networks to be created. Allowing security to be implemented down to individual port level, built-in firewall prevents accidental and deliberate security breaches.
