The Gazprom Neft Moscow refinery has begun construction ofacutting-edge biological treatment complex, “Biosfera”. The project was launched byMinister ofNatural Resources and the Environment ofthe Russian Federation Sergei Donskoi, Mayor ofMoscow Sergei Sobyanin, and Gazprom Neft CEO Alexander Dyukov.
