Way in the back, in corrals J and K near the Harris Teeter off Coleman Boulevard, were a group of Cooper River Bridge Run walkers that would eventually become the stragglers. There is a host of reasons why some fall behind, but anyone still trying to cross the bridge around 10:30 a.m. must be picked up and driven to Marion Square by bus.
