Giddis: Raising Rates Is Like Housebreaking a Cat

It is hard to say anything new about the Fed, which has signaled for months its intention to raise rates, but doesn't have the economic data to actually do it yet. But Kevin Giddis, head of fixed income capital markets at Raymond James, has come up with what seems like a brand new analogy to describe the tough spot the Fed is in as it prepares to meet next week.
