TransGuard® Series multilayer varistors are available in 16, 34, and 65 Vdc models and 42, 44, 77, and 135 V clamping voltages, while Automotive TransGuard® Series varistors come in 42, 77, and 135 V clamping voltages. Featuring sub 1 nsec response to ESD strikes, both monolithic multilayer units are rated for use in -55 to +125°C temperatures and provide bidirectional overvoltage protection and EMI/RFI attenuation. Products come in 1210, 1812, and 2220 case sizes.
