Glatfelter gets an election-year gift

The issue: Gov. Tom Corbett toured the Glatfelter paper mill in Spring Grove last week, and he brought a nice election-year gift for the company: About $8 million in grants to help the company change its boilers from coal-fired to natural gas-fired. Our take: Switching from coal to gas will reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
