Victor, New York &ndash; March is National Kidney Month, and Bulb Direct is donating 100 orange light bulbs to support the National Kidney Foundation&rsquo;s &ldquo;Shine Light on Kidney Disease&rdquo; prevention and awareness program. Each bulb will be used to swap out one regular light bulb in a local home or business in Western New York to raise sensitivity to the growing prevalence of chronic kidney disease.
