BusinessGreen: Google has this week boosted its renewable energy portfolio by investing $200m in a wind farm in west Texas.
The company announced yesterday a deal had been reached for the 161MW Spinning Spur wind project in Oldham County, 35 miles from Amarillo, which was developed by EDF Renewable Energy.
