Grand jury in Newark indicts former Ramsey car dealer

A federal grand jury in Newark today returned an indictment against fugitive Bobby Afzal Khan, the former Ramsey car dealer accused of bilking the owners and buyers of Porsches, Bentley, and other luxury vehicles in fraudulent transactions. Khan was charged with five counts of wire fraud, and allegedly obtained 21 fraudulent loans totaling more than $1.7 million.
