Granville County waits to change solar farm law, issues 60-day moratorium

Crews for contractor Alpha Technologies install solar panels at Geenex and Et Solar's 20 megawatt solar farm at the old Halifax Airport in Roanoke Rapids. The Granville County Board of Commissioners on Thursday night approved a 60-day moratorium on new solar farms in the county.
