Greatbatch Announces Pricing of $360 Million of 9.125% Senior Notes due 2023

Greatbatch, Inc. today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Greatbatch Ltd. had priced its previously announced private offering of $360 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2023 at an issue price of 100%. The notes will have a coupon of 9.125% and will mature on November 1, 2023.
