A new housing report for Greater Hartford on Tuesday provided more upbeat signs for the spring market, with both sales and prices gaining in April for the second month in a row. The median sale price - where half the sales are above, half below - for a single-family house increased by 2.4 percent, to $210,000 from $205,000 a year earlier, according to the report from the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors.
