Grocery Outlet pushes back Orange opening to August

Grocery Outlet representatives initially said the store would open by June 1. The discounter, which calls itself the "T.J. Maxx of food," bought the former Fresh & Easy at the corner of Chapman Avenue and Tustin Street. Grocery Outlet opened its first Orange County location in December in Costa Mesa, and was quickly followed by the debut of its second location in Westminster.
