Our Spacecraft Control and Operations business unit is seeking to employ an experienced candidate to work as Ground Segment System Engineer mfd for the project SARah at our clients site OHB System AG based in BremenGermany. YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Eleboration and revision of the software achitecture and the software design for the software of a satellite groundsystem according to cleint requirements Responsible for the software architecture and design of ground segment systems Creation and maintenance of interface documentation Support of steering and planning of the software development process Where applicable technical supervision of a software developer team in the role of a scrum master Responsible for the application of standards during the software development process, codereviews, version control, code analyses, tests, packaging, release management, configuration management and monitoring Support in the development and maintenance of processes, tools and technology REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE University degree in computer science or another technical discipline or an equivalent qualification plus relavant professional experience Knowledge of agile software development e.g. scrum Knowledge of frontend and backend development Tools UML e.g. enterprise architect, JIRA, Confluence, GIT Programming skills in .net technologies C Experience as a technical supervisor would be an advantage Ability to work in a team, innovative capabilitiy, strong communication skills, flexibility, independent and effective approach to work Fluent German and English language skills BUILD YOUR CAREER WITH US It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
