Europes Meteorological Satellite Organisation is hiring! An exciting opportunity has just arisen for space sector professionals looking to progress their career within an international environment alongside industry experts. Managing a small team, the key candidate shall provide ground station engineering support towards the development of EUMETSATs future satellite systems. The successful candidate shall have a university degree or equivalent along with skillsexperience in each of the following areas Proven experience in Ground Stations Engineering following a wellestablished processes, covering the full development lifecycle, and relevant technical standards e.g. ECSS, CCSDS Proven experience and knowledge in the area of Ground Stations Verification and Validation VV activities. An understandingexperience in the management of industrial contracts in the area of Ground Stations Engineering. All applicants shall have good communications skills with the ability work within a team within a matrix environment, they shall have experience in the management of teams and projects along with good interpersonal skills. Relevant experience in ground stations maintenance would be considered advantageous. All applicants must be EUMETSAT member state nationals and have a good working knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
