Group urges Vectren to reduce energy waste and lower costs

Calling for change in energy efficiency, a group of people marched through downtown Evansville Saturday urging Vectren to reduce energy waste and lower costs. Sierra Club members say the statewide energy savings program was saving nearly $3 for every $1 spent and was gutted last year.
