Groups oppose extending Fermi 2 plant license

Environmentalists want federal officials not to lengthen the life of DTE Energy's Fermi 2 nuclear power plant in Monroe. Several groups are scheduled to argue against extending the plant's license during a hearing Thursday before the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board at the county courthouse.
