HDI announced successful wrap-up of the 23rd HDI Annual Conference & Expo, which targeted the technical service and support industry and attracted more than 2,300 attendees from all over the world. HDI's award lineup included HDI Analyst of the Year and Manager of the Year Awards; HDI Team Excellence Awards; and HDI Desktop Support Technician of the Year Award. HDI also presented the Ron Muns Lifetime Achievement Award and, new this year, the Rock of Our Foundation Award.
