HOMEFINDER: Victoria and Esquimalt real estate market shows strong fall sales

While house sale prices remain somewhat flat, a significant increase in sales has the Victoria Real Estate Board optimistic about local market. Victoria and Esquimalt sales helped push the regional numbers to 565 properties sold in September, an increase of 16 per cent over the same month last year.
