We are looking for a new HR team member to support the Business Operations in the south area of Germany, based in our Gilching office, working fulltime to start preferable in March 2014, in the role of HR Business Partner MF Responsibilities Duties The HR BP should ensure the recruitment of the departments assigned to himher, to guarantee the execution of personnel management processes and career programmes, to ensure correct performance of the activities relative to the work relationship for the entire HR life cycle hiring, transformation, termination. Heshe provide advice, initiates and monitors the implementation of HR processes, company regulations, legal requirements and shehe moderated, mediated in difficult situations. Main tasks are Active Recruitment of ITExperts and Engineers also from abroad, Erecruiting, database search, Employee Referral Program, Headhunting, present the company on Career or University events Dealing with candidates the employment parameters, providing the contract and support during the Onboarding of New Joiners welcomeday Cooperation with and Consulting of the Managements related to employment law questions, HRprocesses and Change Management Taking care for 100 staff in area of responsibilities, administration from staff hiring till exit, monitoring of deadlines Dealing with and working together with bodies of codetermination e.g. support of 2014 Works Council election Taking over specific HRprojects or themes in the HR team like e.g. employment law, secondment, company pension, Performance Management, etc. Qualifications Experience The ideal candidate will have a University background in HR matters and at least 3 years of handson experience in the areas described Proven experience is mandatory for Recruiting in an international environment. Skills Be fluent in English, in speech and writing German native Have demonstrated very good communication and team working skills, high degree of autonomy structured and process oriented work approach Service oriented towards staff and business Be able to conduct all activities in an orderly, disciplined and timely manner Proficient in MS office Working experience in AeroSpace industry would be an advantages.
