ResponsibilitiesDuties Payroll Prepare Payroll including supplements, premiums and other employee benefit payments salary optimization and longterm accounts Resolve payroll and relocation related issues and questions from New Hire, staff and supervisors. Support and implement the bonus calculation and yearly salary reviews HR Controlling Ensuring Headcount and Labour Cost reporting, budgeting and forecast Optimising HR reporting and processes System Administration Administration, maintenance and further development of our Accessbased HR data and system and our Time Management system Replicon Ensure relevant administrative tasks and data recording in the HR systems HR Business Partner Act as main contact for employees and management within your support area for all HR related issues Cooperate with the works councils Process administrative tasks as they arise Taking on special HR projects in the area of competence QualificationsExperience Our new colleague has a Bachelors degree preferable in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, together with proven experience 5 years working in the human resources field with a focus on Payroll and Controlling.
