To join our HR Team as of the 1st September we are looking for a HR BUSINESS PARTNER FM 1266 YOUR TASKS Support the business areas in achieving their goals Provide advice and support to managers in all personnel and leadership issues Provide advice and supervise staff in all their employment matters Qualitative and quantitative personnel planning Ensure the implementation of personnel management principles and guidelines Staff and Organizational Development Represent the employer as a negotiating partner within the internal and external committees Optimize personnel management processes and systems Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the company REQUIRED SKILLS You have a degree preferably in business administration or law and possess the following additional skills At least 45 years of professional work experience in an HR environment Good knowledge of labor and social security law Experience in working together with the works council Active and solutionoriented approach and organizational skills Experience in dealing with dynamic processes Excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with people Very good command of spoken and written German and English Interested?
