RHEA is currently recruiting a HR Project Manager for our client in Frascati, Italy. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Managing the HRMS evolution project Planning and implementing agreed corporate solutions, through the whole project lifecycle, from preparation to closure, including analysis, design, development, test and handover to operations Monitor the Suppliers activities, read and improve deliverables Support in organising and coordinating the project resources, including outsourced resources Support in managing the related procurements and contracts in a timely and effective manner Managing projects according to adopted methodology, monitoring and controlling scope, cost, schedule, quality, issues and risks Ensuring the approval of processes, solution designs, intermediate and final deliverables Performing any other activities, as deemed appropriate to cope with emergent needs Reporting of progress and status of the project, as well as lessons learnt Manage projects and ESA board meetings preparing agenda, monitoring the timing, checking availability for people and room, writing draft minutes of the ESA meeting Check the new cloud solution in respect of business requirement Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory University Degree in the relevant discipline Customer and user oriented understands business needs, sees from the perspective of the enduser Communication good oral and written communication Resultoriented focused in achieving the results that are set in the agreed plans Knowledge and experience in document management document management process, key issues Good knowledge and experience of cloud solution 2 years Very good level of English The activity might require travels to ESA main sites.
