HTC posts net profit of TWD 640 mln in Q3

(Telecompaper) Smartphone manufacturer HTC posted unaudited net operating profit of TWD 160 million and net profit of TWD 640 million for the third quarter of 2014, Digitimes reports. HTC also reported consolidated revenues of TWD 16.718 billion for September rising 14.97 percent sequentially but slipping 7.90 percent year-on-year. Consolidated revenues for the January-September period reached TWD 140.045 billion, dropping 12.75 percent year on year.
