Supplied in Hyper Speed Control™ and HyperLight Load® architectures, MIC28511/12/13 are pin-compatible, high-voltage (HV), synchronous, step-down, switching regulators. Products integrate HV buck controller and FETZilla™ power MOSFETs as well as various protections and internal soft start. Along with adjustable output voltage as low as 0.8 V with accuracy of +1%, features include constant switching frequency that can be programmed from 200–680 kHz.
