Supplied in SOIC-8 package, 120 V Model UCC27201A-Q1 provides propagation delay at 15 ns with short rise and fall times at 7 ns, and tight delay matching of 1 ns to protect 12–48 V DC/DC power supplies from short-circuiting and failing. Device offers negative voltage handling capability on high-side pin, making product immune to noise. Integrated 120 V bootstrap diode also allows for N-channel MOSFET control and eliminates need for external discrete diodes.
