Meijer has issued a recall for 8,600 of their Signature Designs Halloween image projector and flashlight, as it can overheat and melt the plastic handle, which poses a burn risk to the user. The company has received one report of a plastic flashlight handle overheating and melting, but no injuries have been reported yet.
