Intended for ESD-sensitive applications, Model 821HH enables high-accuracy voltage measurement, in contacting or non-contacting mode, with virtually zero charge transfer. Device is capable of real-time, non-disruptive, non-loading, site-specific voltage measurement and can be used to measure both conductive and insulative surfaces. Measurement range is 0 to ±2 kVdc or peak AC, response speed is <500 µs for 1 kV step, and voltage display accuracy is better than 1% FS.
